We're proud to present our 2025 harvest, featuring two unique extra virgin olive oils from our Hawke's Bay grove. Both are cold-pressed right after picking to ensure incredible freshness and flavour.

1. Our Signature Premium Blend

(Leccino, Picual & Frantoio Olives)

This is our classic, versatile oil and a true taste of Hawke's Bay. By blending these three olive varieties, we create a beautifully balanced, medium-bodied oil.

Β  Β What it Tastes Like: You'll find fruity, grassy notes up front, followed by a pleasant, peppery finish. It’s smooth, flavourful, and our go-to for almost everything in the kitchen.

Β  Β Best For: An excellent all-rounder. Use it for making dressings, everyday cooking, drizzling on pasta, or dipping with fresh bread.

2. Koroneiki - Single Varietal

(100% Koroneiki Olives)

For those who love a bolder, more robust flavour. The Greek Koroneiki olive is famous for producing a pungent, full-bodied oil that really makes a statement.

Β  Β What it Tastes Like: Expect strong, green, grassy notes and a big, peppery kick at the end. Its flavour is bold and assertive.

Β  Β Best For: A finishing oil. Its strong character is perfect for drizzling over a finished steak, hearty soups, bitter greens like rocket, or grilled vegetables to add a powerful, fresh punch.
