It is hard to find a 1L of evoo with tasty infusions. If you use a lot of oil, 250ml is too expensive. The infusions are well balanced with the taste of the oil, so well done!
I usually buy Koroneiki but it was sold out. I love this one too but prefer Koroneiki (not sure of spelling there, apologies!) I wouldn't be without at least one litre of this liquid gold in my kitchen
Your oil is fantastic. The flavour is strong, fabulous drizzled on Avocado or pasta os salads.
I was given as a gift and when it was running out. I thought another brand might do the trick. I was wrong, this garlic infused olive oil is the best and can't be replaced.It really bring our salad to another level. And if any Chinese reading this,这个真的值得买，中国人不骗中国人! 拌土豆丝，凉菜都绝啦!
Aquaferra garlic oil is the BEST around. I use it to broil delicious fillets
and to bake cauliflower with chill flakes, (yum!)
Koroneiki is my favourite olive oil. I've tried various producers
across the country, but I always find myself coming back to Aquiferra.
I can't recommend it highly enough!
